Menu Buka Puasa: Kuih Tepung Pelita




Assalamulaikumm..

Menu 3 Ramadan, baru nak upload. hihi... Paling senang nak buat kuih ni. InsyaAllah resepi menjadi, dah guna dari tahun 2012 lagi resepi yang sama.

Kalau buat tak jadi tu, bukan salah resepi. hihi.... (sbb tun pernah buat sekali tak jadi, masa tu masak banyak sbb ada majlis kt rumah. haha.. jadi cair tak keras2)




Excited ada daun pandan, biasa letak dalam bekas biasa je, kali ni kita merajinkan diri buat bekas tepung pelita. Tapi daun halus-halus, halus berongga kat tengah, jd letak daun pisang. Daun semua ngkut yang rumah mama.

KUIH TEPUNG PELITA

Bahan-bahan ( tun dpt lbh kurang 20 bekas kecil)

Lapisan bawah
  • 1 cawan tepung beras
  • 1 cawan gula
  • 5 cawan air
  • 4 helai daun pandan dimesin dgn sedikit air - tun guna 1sk pandan paste
  • sedikit kapur dan sedikit garam

Lapisan Atas

  • 4 sudu besar tepung beras(ratakan)
  • 2 sb tepung ubi
  • 1 biji kelapa diperah jadi 4 cawan santan - tun guna 1cwn santan kotak + 3 cwn air
  • 1 sk garam

Bahan tambahan

Gula utk diletak ditgh2 lapisan - tun letak 1/4 sudu kecik gula
Cara-cara

Lapisan bawah

  • Tepung, air, gula, air daun pandan dan air kapur dibancuh hingga sebati.
  • Masakkan tepung yg diadun dan kacau hingga masak dan berkilat. tun masak smp dia letup2 dlm kuali
  • Bila dah masak masukkan dalam acuan yang disukai. Kalau daun pisang lagi sedap.
  • Taburkan gula atas lapisan jika suka 

Lapisan atas
  • Perah santan, masukkan tepung dan garam. Kacau sehingga sebati.
  • Masak santan yg diadun tadi dan kacau sehingga pekat. yg ni pun tun masak smp letup2 dlm kuali
  • Angkat santan dan curah ke atas tepung yg di dalam acuan tadi.
  • Sejukkan

Such a great idea to use daun pisang instead of regular containers. The pandan smell combined with the banana leaves must make this even more flavorful. Can’t wait to try it!

This looks so simple yet tasty! I love the addition of coconut milk and the slight sweetness from the sugar. Will definitely give this a go for buka puasa!

I’m excited to try using pandan paste like you did. I usually struggle to find fresh pandan leaves, so this seems like a great alternative!
