ikan ayam laut @ ikan jebong

nk mempamerkan ikan yg 1st time makan!


wohoho~ funny looking fish.. org kedai tu ckp nama dia ayam laut, then we found out that it's also called ikan jebong.. sekilo 6inggit.. sekor dlm 5inggit (byk ikan kt sini sekor 5inggit)


ikan ni kulit tebal gler.. keras mcm ikan cencaru.. guna gunting baru lut n blh kerat..

sbb xtau nk masak ape, so kukus kn aje.. (me kukus ikan with serai+bawang putih+halia+limau nipis+garam).. kukusan kecik ngat, muat2 je ikan tu.. ekor dia ada kt bawah.. kene kerat 2 sbb xmuat sekor.. hehe)..

after a bite, u know why it's called 'ayam laut'.. isi dia pejal macam ayam.. n kurang bau hanyir ikan.. after google, baru tau org biasa bakar or wat kari ikan nih.. tp kalu wat kari kene buang kulit dia b4 masak. if not, dh masak nnti sisik penuh dlm kuah..



ps: makan ngan sambal kicap (kicap manis+bawang besar mayang + cili api <- kene perap at least 15mins), confirm kene masak nasi lebih.. haha~

mak long timah(mak cicah)ckp bakar pun sdap ikan ni...lgi best msak asam pedas atau kari..
masa beli mita dia kopek kulit dan potong ikan..blik bsuh jer..
