Chocolate Banana Cake


Last few days my Sis sms tanya resepi Choc Banana Cake that I used to make at home.. and as usual, when people asked me about a recipe, me mula laa sibuk terasa mcm nk wat jugak. So, "terpaksa" laa me beli pisang time balik dr immigration office smlm (renew passport yg x renew2 since blk dr NZ dulu.. huhu).

Resepi ni mula2 dulu baca kt
joyofbaking. resepi yg sgt mudah n senang. me alter ratio tepung n coklat sket sbb xnk kasi pahit. Biasa me bakar kek nih, tp sbb xde oven, kn, so this time, me kukuskan aje.

Bahan A:

2 c tepung

1/2 c cocoa powder

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp garam

2 c gula (blh kurangkan kalau xnak manis sgt)

Bahan B:

2 biji telur

1 c pisang lenyek (dlm 2-3 biji pisang)

1 c air

1/2 c susu sejat

1/2 c minyak masak

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Cara-cara:

Ayak Bahan A. put aside.

Pukul Bahan B sampai semua sebati (agak2 semua gula dh hancur).

Tuangkan Bahan B ke dalam Bahan A. Whisk till combine (Batter dia agak cair). Tuang dlm Loyang yg dah di greese.

Kukus dalam 1 jam, or Bake 180 degree 35-40 minutes (cucuk dgn lidi, bila dh x melekat, maknanya dh masak ^^)


ps: Bahan B tu me blendkan.. hoho.. serba boleh laa blender ku nih.. mixer kat kg. bila laa nk dpt mixer nih. nk beli baru kt rugi lak. stand-mixer tu bau kedai lagi, xpenah pakai pun.

bila kukus, kek rasa mcm kek yg dbakar ke ?

bila kukus jd lg moist. tchr biasa kukus kalau nk selamat. sbb bila bakar, tchr selalu hanguskan.. hoho.. ;p (biasa adik tchr tukang jaga oven..hihi)
