Saya suka makan potato ^^ masa study dulu, time xde masa, selalu lunch dgn fries (potato chips). there's this one chinese outlet dekat2 dgn Uni (on the way to the mosque) that sold yummy and cheap fries and fish and chips.. owh, of course i had interrogate whether it's halal or not (i always ask whether they use vege oil for frying, and whether the fries is mixed with animal fat or not, etc.. its better to take precaution when you are not in a muslim country ^^ kdg2 org xtau yg frozen french fries ni salut ngan animal fat. len kali check ingredients betol2, ye)..
anyway, this is a simple recipe that i always make as a side-dish whenever i feel like my main dish is not enough. hehe.. but be careful, too much carbohydrate is not good for your diet. i'll reduce my rice portion when i want to eat this =)
Bahan2 (3-4 org)
- 3 biji kentang
- Segenggam ikan bilis- goreng garing
- 2 ulas bawang putih- cincang/tumbuk
- Garam, Kunyit
- 2 sudu besar cili giling
- 1 sudu kecil gula
- 1 sudu besar sos tiram
- Secubit asam jawa- bancuh dgn sedikit air
Cara2:
- Kentang dbelah dua dan dipotong halus. Goreng bersama garam dan kuyit.
- Tumis bawang putih sampai wangi. Masukkan cili giling, tumis lagi. masukkan gula.
- Masukkan sos tiram dan air asam jawa. Masak sampai agak kering, masukkan garam.
- Masukkan kentang dan ikan bilis, gaul sebati.
- Siap!

k'ayu: wah.. kalau mcm tu kene wat byk2 laa =) kalau blk semenanjung nnti gi try version citarasa rinduan lak.
