Banana Yeast Bread

Assalamualaikum..

arini xleh ckp byk2 sbb tgh berdukalara.. *sob sob..  ni dh blh ngadap lappy ni kira mood dh ok sket laa..

me nk share resepi roti pisang yg sedap nih.. sedap bg me laa, sbb my laling ckp "x manis pun!" <- dia ingat me wat kek pisang.. sabo je laa.. huhu.. ada parents kawan me kasi pisang seplastik, bw dr semenanjung, smp sini dh ada yg lebam sket.. so duk pk nk wat apa.. skrg ni kan konon2nyer nk berdiet, walaupun duk terbayang2 apam pisang coklat dan kek pisang dlm kepala, tp me gagahi jua utk mengoogle 'pisang'.. tgk image kuar kak izah nyer roti pisang. hihi..

me dh kehabisan tepung roti, so me guna tepung gandum biasa je. adunan lembik dgn hebatnyer, so xleh nk wat bentuk2 mcm kak izah wat. me tuang semua dlm acuan roti petak tu. hasil dia, alhamdulillah.. laju jugak makannyer (erk.. td me ckp nk diet ke?? )

menakutkan je tgk pisang tu kan.. huhu.. hudus! hudus!

me cnp resepi ye..

Banana Yeast Bread
souce: jkitchenlog
copied from: kak izah

200 gr bread flour
1 tsp instant dry yeast
20 gr caster sugar
150-160 gr banana puree (from 2 medium bananas)
40 ml milk
20 gr unsalted butter
1/4 tsp salt

*saya tambah setengah biji telur  - tun xletak nih
tun tambah 1 sk bread softener

1. Combine bread flour, yeast, and caster sugar in a bowl. Make a hole in the center. Add banana puree and milk. Mix well.
2. Add butter and salt. Mix until dough is smooth and glossy - it will be very sticky. Cover and rest for 1 hour.
3. Punch dough down and set aside for 10 minutes. Grease and flour a baking pan.
4. Spoon dough into the prepared pan and use a spatula to smooth the surface. Cover or spray with water (to prevent skinning) and let rise for 1 hour.
5. Preheat oven to 180C. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cover with foil to prevent excessive browning.
